Although without practicing kissing is impossible to comprehend and learn basing on theory only, it's still useful to enlighten yourself on the issue of the theory of kissing.
With regard to some points from the history of a kiss, it's very interesting to dwell upon this issue. In fact, even Plato reflected on the issue why most people are such eager kissers. His theory suggested the following: once a human being resembled a ball – it had four arms, four legs and two heads – both male and female. This one single human creature was too arrogant and Zeus, having got angry with it, divided it into 'male' and 'female' parts.
According to Plato, only through kissing they have an opportunity to unite for a few moments once again. In any case, this separation was a punishment; Zeus was not going to give pleasure to people at all! But oh well, even Gods miscalculate sometimes!
With regard to the practice of kissing, a lot can be said on the issue. Its essence is touching and caressing each other's lips, cheeks or other body parts the purpose of it being expressing affection and/or appreciation towards each other.
Plato used to call kissing the 'exchange of love between the two souls'. Nowadays medical specialists call a kiss some sort of spasm which involves around twenty-nine muscles. The research proof that people who kiss regularly, rarely suffer from stomach diseases, problems with blood circulation and sleep disorders. Why not switch to practice after such constructive conclusions?
There are many possible reasons why we kiss starting from pleasant emotions and sensations it brings finishing with desire to practise the art of kissing which is represented by a myriad of nuances and special points requiring much time spent on their investigation and practice.
