Why We Kiss

There are many possible reasons why we kiss starting from pleasant emotions and sensations it brings finishing with desire to practise the art of kissing which is represented by a myriad of nuances and special points which require much time spent on their investigation and practice – if one wants to make perfect or at least to be good at kissing that is.

Some people kiss because it's extremely pleasant. Moreover, it's also healthy because it develops facial muscles and is said to send positive impulses right to a person's brain on some kind of physical level – the process which eventually manifests itself in a kissing-too-much person's out-of-this-worldly great physical condition, let alone his/her elated emotional state.

Some people kiss because they want to practise this science. It's not as complicated as math, of course, but on the other hand, it is characterized by certain intricacies which cannot be grasped from theory without one's indulging in long and pleasant practice.

There are people who kiss without special feelings or affection. They just want others to look at them and envy their status of being someone's highly adored and kissable girlfriend or boyfriend.

Irrespective of one's purpose of kissing, it's still fin and brings a lot of pleasant sensations and emotions. Exceptions are possible here, but their 'fewness' only proves this stable rule.

Plato used to call kissing the ‘exchange of love between the two souls’. Nowadays medical specialists call a kiss some sort of spasm which involves around twenty-nine muscles.

They call it French kissing because most people in most countries associate the French with the nation of virtuosos when it’s about the art of love and sensuality. In French this type of kissing is called ‘the kiss of souls’.
